What is the custom Hotkeys Problem's solution?

I'm posting a thread to see if anyone else is having this problem or not. The problem is that I have my control groups set up such that "~" is control group 1, "1" is control group 2, etc. but recently every time i log in the "create control group" gets set to "#" instead of "control-#" (such as 1 instead of control-1). How do i make iprotect cydia start working?

I’ve had the same problem and OS X kind of messes everything up with the hot-keys, so make sure that "OS hot-keys = disabled", and for extra precaution go in "System Preferences>keyboard> keyboard shortcuts" and disable any hot-keys that may interfere, if that doesn't help try resetting your SC2 hot-key profile and redo the profile. The full screen bug affects using the hotkeys not what they’re actually set to. I haven’t set any custom hotkeys myself, but I’ve heard of option-# not being saved, but not ctrl-#.
