Hello dear!! I don't really think so that you can create yourself but yes off course you can download these gadgets from the official website. You will find a huge list of different window gadgets. I am using CPU meter for one year and I too had downloaded the same from Microsoft window gadgets website.

So just go to windows Microsoft web site and then select “Give your PC some personality with desktop gadgets” option there. You will get different kind of gadget options there and can be easily downloaded from the clicking on download option. From the official website, you can download them for free. And you can also see some cool gadgets like All Search, Avatar360, Djinngo World, Piano World Weather Orange, Speed Test, which will help you connect more and more to the outside world.
