How can one use cavier se16 400gb and cavier RE2 400gb in RAID array configuration?

I have no information about RAID configurations and things like that. I have 2 sata hard drives first one is cavier se16 400gb model WD4000KD, the second hard drive is a cavier RE2 400gb model WD4000YR. Both drives have a 16 MB cache and drives are almost similar. I tried contacting the technical support team but all they did in the name of help was sending me a list of frequently asked question and answers. So please tell me how can I use these two hard drives in RAID array configuration?

Enterprise class Western Digital Caviar RE2 line has advanced features such as reliable error recovery RAID-specific time-limited, embedded at the top of the amount of time a unit can spend trying to recover data during a failure to prevent falling out of the disk array (RAID controller logs the error, while the drive resumes normal operation to avoid downtime). Rotary Acceleration Channel Forward (RAFF) ensures performance in vibration-prone environments of other units, such as servers and network storage devices. In addition to the applications, these reliable, high capacity disk is also designed for use in "scientific computing, video surveillance, security company, document management and imaging and digital video."

For "high-end desktop application performance," Western Digital Caviar SE16 recommended. The company recently announced the launch of its 500 GB version of this unit, so you can expect that ExtremeTech review in the near future.
