Which car GPS would be best for tracking my movements through heavy trees when satellites are not available?

I need an in car GPS that I can input GPS coordinates for a destination. Since many of the locations I travel to be are mountain sites, it would also be important to have a synchronizer to keep track of my movements through heavy trees when satellites are not available. Which car GPS with synchronizer would be best for tracking my movements through heavy trees when satellites are not available? Please advice. I would really appreciate your reviews regarding that GPS. Thanks.
