How to build water propelled bottle rockets

Hi guys do anyone here know that How to build water propelled bottle rockets? As I am a science student and we are having a competition in our college very soon so my topic is about How to build water propelled bottle rockets. What are the requirements of it and how much time will it take get completed. I would appreciate if someone can give me links about it from where I can get a process of making it.

To make waterpropelled bottle rockets first of all you have to collect the following things:

Two empty literbottle of soda, One Three liter empty bottle of soda, One package of string, Roll of bluepainters tape, cardboard box, painter's drop cloth, scissors and One tennisball.

Instructions

Then Remove the "Straight" part of the second two literbottle by cutting at the start of the top and bottom curves.

For the nose cone we cut the top off of a 3-liter bottleof soda and slid it down over the 2-liter shaft. The basis behind the idea wasto reduce friction between the nose cone and the rest of the rocket so that theparachute would be easier to deploy.

Using a protractor, draw aparallelogram that has angles of 120 and 60.

Cut out the parallelogram andtrace it and cut it out again twice so you will have three equal sized wings.

Then make a circular parachute with reinforced holes for 16 strings

Then make amark separating the circumference into thirds. Tape the wings the long way, upand down the bottle, on each of the marks.

Make sure the wings are on the"Straight" part of the bottle.

Placing them on the marks will ensurethat they are equidistant.

If you bend the wings all to the right at thebottom, it will help with the rotation.

Package the parachute by holdingit open and folding it in half three times, or until it seems small enough.

Lightly place the parachute in there, as not to get it stuck, and then placethe nose cone on top and your rocket is ready.
