In every system there are many operating systems and they are represented by data structure and called Process control. If any process is running in your system then this process controls give you all the info about running process like the current state of the process, a pointer to parent process, a register save area, pointers to locate memory of processes and many more. If you want to block it then before starting any program first of all you have to uninstall it from your system and to do this you have to go to My Computer folder and here you will see all the list then from the list you have to choose the process control and when you will select it then you will be able to see an option for uninstall and just click on it and now this has been blocked in your system.
