Why does the bitlocker slow performance with CPU Load on System Process ?

I’m a consultant, so I have a windows server 2008 r2 RTM installation in a vhd boot on my asus r1e laptop. When I plug in my bit locker to go encrypted wd 2,5" hdd and copy for example an iso to the external hdd the Performance of w2k8r is slow down. When I do the same with a another wd 2,5" external hdd which is not bit locker to go encrypted the performance is normal and the system process have a normal cpu load. What can be the problem? Can anyone help?

Mac OS X is based on the core Mach.17 Parts of the UNIXimplementations of FreeBSD and NetBSD were incorporated into NEXTSTEP, which was based Mac OS X. While Jobs was away from Apple, the company tried to create a system of 'next generation' project through Taligent, Copland and Gershwin, with little éxito.18
Eventually, the NeXT system (then called OPENSTEP) was selected to be the basis for Apple's next operating system, so that the Cupertino company acquired NeXT in totalidad.19 AppleSteve Jobs returned as interim CEO, and then took over full, following the transformation of OPENSTEP into a system thatwould be adopted for the primary market for Apple, home usersand multimedia professionals. The project was first known asRhapsody and then adopted the name of Mac OS X.20
Mac OS X Server 1.x software was incompatible with the MacOS designed for original and did not have support for IEEE 1394 (FireWire) port. Mac OS X 10.x brought greater compatibility and functionality to include the Carbon API as well as FireWiresupport. With the evolution of the system, left the legacy Mac OSto an emphasis on digital lifestyle applications, such as with iLife, iWork and Front media center Row.21 Each version includedmodifications to the general interface, such as metallic appearance added in version 10.3, the title bar without stripes on 10.4 and removal in version 10.5 of the metallic look in favor of aunified window style gradiente.22 23

Mac OS X 10.5 introduced support for applications and processes insurance signed. Signed applications and processesinclude a digital signature, which is used by the system to verify the authenticity and integrity of software and its code is verifiedrecursos.33 both the disk and when it is running. Thus, if some part of the application code or the process is improperly changedwhen active, the system automatically turns it off. Theauthentication code is used for key chains, personal firewallapplication, Parental Control preferences and configurationmanager clients to verify the applications after modifications.
Leopard also introduced quarantine application service, which displays a warning when the user tries to open an application downloaded from a source externa.33 This gives the user theopportunity to verify that you want to open a new application orcancel the opening if suspicion about the safety of it. Mac OS Xv10.6 further enhances this feature by the maintenance of a list of known malicious programs. If you try to open any software in thislist, the system displays a warning dialog box that suggests that this file should be deleted
