How to add windows 7 to xp boot.ini?

I am trying to setup windows 7 and windows xp on the same computer. I had windows 7 first and then I installed a fresh copy of xp but now it loads only xp. There are no boot options. Please tell me how to add windows 7 to xp boot.ini. I have win 7 in C drive and xp in D drive.

Boot to either to Windows XP or to Windows seven. You can add it to the boot menu from even either of the operating system. After you are log in, then click the Windows Start option and then type the cmd command in your run text box. Press the Enter button to open the command line. Type the bcd edit and then press Enter. The ? switch shows you how to use bcd edit tool. It shows you the syntax and options you use to edit the whole boot manager. Type the following text and then press enter to add Windows seven to the boot manager bcd edit set description OS Name. If you are in Windows XP, then replace the OS Name with Windows seven. If you booted to Windows seven, type Windows XP for your OS Name. Reboot the computer. Notice a menu pops up before your Windows boots, asking you to just choose an operating system.
