Ubuntu is a very good operating system to use. It is rare to find people unhappy about using this operating system. As you have not mentioned anything about your problem explicitly, it is difficult to find a direct solution for your problem. However, you may find the way to access Ubuntu's session manager in this answer. Of course, it is very easy to access this option. Locate the 'System' text in Ubuntu's desktop screen. When you click it, a fly out menu pops down with various options. Point your cursor towards the 'Preferences'. Again another fly out menu pops to the side. Move your cursor towards the 'Sessions' option. When you click 'Sessions', a new window appears. It is the 'sessions preferences' dialog box. You would find three main tabs in this dialog box. They are 'Start up programs', 'Current sessions' and 'Session options'. If you know where you would find tasks related to your problem, then you might click the respective tab and change your settings directly. If you are unsure about where you will find options related to your problem, you may want to click each tab and search for options related to your problem. Otherwise you may search for solutions in the help menu using keywords related to your problem. With the 'Session preferences' dialog box, you may customize your computer's start up applications, find information about the current session and configure them according to your needs.
