Last month I was facing the same problem when I was trying to update my window. This error might be caused by the program running on the computer that is preventing the Windows Update Services (SVCHOST) from accessing the Internet. The Programs that might do this include the firewalls, web accelerators, anti-spyware software, Internet security or the antivirus programs and proxy servers. If you have any of these included programs running, you might need to turn them off while the time of downloading and installing the updates. Microsoft recommends you to turn them back on after updating the computer.

If the computer is connected to the network at work, contact the network administrator. You probably receive the updates using the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), the service that enables network administrators to deploy and manage the updates for all the computers on a network. Hope these information comes good for you. It was really nice to help you.
