Google Wave was a communication and collaboration tool that consolidated many online features from instant messaging, e-mail, wikis, blogging, document sharing and multimedia management. The Wave was designed to aggregate all these communication devices into one single browser-based application to let the business users to collaborate effectively. However, the users were not happy with the experience due to the overwhelming amount of spam and conversation.
